INSPIRE COMMUNITY.
SPARK CHANGE.
In order to create change in communities, we need to have community at the center of the process. When communities lead the way, solutions take into account their unique needs and goals. The end result are solutions communities feel proud of, take ownership of and sustain into the future.
Decisions that impact the lives of communities need to be informed by community. Together lets reimagine new ways to tap into community insights.

In order to be heard, you need to stand out. Connect with your audience by incorporating visual design that resonates with a community’s culture and values.

- Infographics
- Web Design
- Social Media
Getting your message out there requires a plan. A plan is better designed when we incorporate the community into the center of the process. By doing that we understand what the community is capable of when it comes to bringing that plan to life.
- Communication Plans
- Key Messages
- Media Releases
- Grant Writing
Community driven solutions are built out of relationships of trust. You build trust by understanding how the goals of a community contribute to a collective vision.

A COMMUNITY-CENTRED APPROACH
IS INCLUSIVE
Solutions for community problems require that the community be involved in the process. Being inclusive involves extra effort into hearing from those who face barriers in being heard. When we design for those in the margins, we ultimately design for everyone.
IS CURIOUS
Empowering a community to be creative and inquisitive allows for ideas that challenge the status quo. By exploring new approaches to problem solving we not only see the problem from different perspectives, but we also develop new skills and knowledge.
EMBRACES COMPLEXITY
Working with a community-centric approach is not always straightforward and can be messy at times. By embracing complexity, we get a systems perspective on the problem and can understand where the best points of intervention are.
